Baffled

new to the forum but I searched for my issue and came up blank... I have a 2004 Ezgo txt. My charger is working and my cart is working for now but the cart won’t take a charge with the charger. I tested the charger on a second cart and it works..plugged it into mine and nothing. Checked all connections and cleaned them, still nothing, checked for breaks and kinks in wires. Nothing. Batteries will manually charge but not with the charger. Someone said something about fuses but I can not find any. I also read about diodes but wouldn’t that make the cart not run at all? I’m baffled and any help would be appreciated.
