New to this

Just aquired a 2004 (I think). It has fully flat tires (we needed to monkey quite a lot to get the thing to roll into the trailer) and I think at least one dead or in-need-of-help battery. Hoping to use it to make short neighborhood runs and haul hay around the flat-yet-bumpy pastures here. Any suggestions on where to start?
