I just purchased a 1990 (may be 80's) marathon 36v golf cart. I put new batteries in it because seemed a little slow to me. The fastest I can get it on flat groun is 9mph. Is this normal? Checked and voltage is good everywhere it needs to be and thought maybe the brakes where hanging up but rolls really easy. Thanks in advanced
