1995 Club Car DS Gas, Hesitates when pressing the gas pedal

The cart at first would start but it would not run more than a few minutes when it started choking, I found trash in the carburetor bowl so I cleaned it up. It started running but when I stopped the engine would continue to try to run. I have already replaced the fuel pump, air filter, oil and filter, fuel lines, fuel filters, cleaned the carb and installed new gaskets, and cleaned the gas tank. Now it starts and stops great but it has a little hesitation when I push the gas pedal, I mean when you are riding you feel the car rocking you back and forth. I don't know what else to check, can some one help me?

PS. I also replaced the spark plug.

My 95 had kind of the same symptoms so I changed the plug and bought a new air filter and now it runs like bran new..
