Hooked Up 48V Lithium Battery But Get Nothing!

For my Club Car Precedent (I guess it is) 1st I just hooked up the two main wires to battery, got nothing, so also hooked up the three thin wires (two red and one black), but still get nothing, not even headlights come on.

Any ideas?

Before diving too deep, I'd love to know if you're seeing any signs of life elsewhere on the cart. Are there any indicators or flickers of power when you attempt to engage it? Any chance the key switch or main fuse could be a part of the problem? A bit more context could really help narrow this down.
