04 club car iq no go new batteries

04 club car iq wont go no solonoied click nothing ... i have 50.5 volts across the pack pulled the plug on the mcor and jumped it . still 0 response is it the O.B.C. or controller i have no battery light not sure on how to pull codes either. a lttle guidence please
