Hi, I have a EZGO 2009 RXV electric golf cart running on 48v batteries. I recently purchased a deluxe LED light kit and a voltage reducer from a seller called Recreationpro on Ebay.
My problem is with the input connections to the reducer. The label on the reducer states:
Input: DC 36V - 60V
RED+ BLUE- ORANGE+LOCK
Output: DC12V 30A
YELLOW+ BLACK-
When I connect my 48V to the red and blue wires I get no output. I am unsure if I should be connection to the orange wire. I have a volt meter and have tested the input and output. Can anyone please advise?
By the way there is no brand name on the reducer.
