Great dedication to those project carts dwon5.
Do you move the custom wheels from cart to cart or do you have multiple sets of those babies?

On that G1, is that a fuel gauge or volt gauge in the dash? Curious if you converted it to electric.

Funny that you say something like that because Mr. Eric Slough, the executive Director for the Make-A-Wish Northwest Ohio Region has asked if I would do the same thing this year but with the caroche I built. The Harley had all the electronics replaced, updated and up graded. the solenoids and micro switches were hd Clark fork lift parts. We got rid of all the old drive component and installesd a Curtis 400 amp controler. the motor was completely redone by an electronics shop with and increase in rpm's. There were almost as many custom made parts for that cart as what I've done for the caroche. The drive system on the Caroche has not been done yet with my disabilaty and my wife's illnes I just have not had the extra funds. My boys help me alot ( they do not know much) because they don't want me working on things alone but there is alot they just don't understand yet. so as you can see i have to take alot of things into consideration before doing it again. If I were healthy I wouldn't hesatate but with my alzhiemer's it took alot out of my last year. boy that was a long post her is a link to the web site we built for the 82 harley cart raffle if any ones inetrested in all that was done to that cart http://www.wix.com/harleycart/raffle

Just an update . looks like the 76 caroche street rod build is going from one I'm keeping to being a build for the Make-A-Wish Foundation. I meet with Mr. Eric Slough The Executive Directer of their Northwest Ohio Region this week to finalize every thing. For those of you that don't know you have alot of paperwork you have to deal with when ever you do something with them. I'll post things in a new build thread that will have all the details, pictures of what will be done to the drive system, logistics of locations where it will be and all the Make-A-Wish information. So I've got alot of design work to do. A lot of what I want to do to that cart yet will be far from stock everyday normal things. This cart will be virtually brand new when finished for this project so I'm putting off other projects like the Par-go/'58 vette concept build and the 89 marathon build for now. I just Hope I'm up to it this year. The 82 harley I did for them last year was very hard on me because of disability.
