MY 2007 Club Cars

Well I got my (2) 2007 Club Car DS gas carts on friday. I got a green one for the wife. She get what she wants so I can get what I want. I plan to paint and put a jakes 6" lift with bigger tires. I started to pull it apart for paint.

Well made some progress on one of the carts. I got the parts sanded and ready for paint. I also got by today to get pictures of the layout on the paint. The blue in the photo will be silver. I can't wait till its done.

I got in to see that more work was done on my parts. I got to say it looks great. I caught him as he was pulling the mask.

The guy in the picture is my friend that is painting them for me.

I can't wait to get it all back together. I hope on Saturday as he still need to clean them up and put several coats of clear on them.

"Several coats of clear" I LOVE IT!!!

I've got six coats of clear on mine,,,,, the more the merrier, and the easier it is to sand and buff out scratches.

Got the cart back together till I get the lift kit and tires/wheels. Im going with a 6 inch A arm lift with 22X11X10 tires. Should look good when complete.
