Wearing of tire!! Lifted club car precedent.

Hi there! I have a lifted club car precedent in my shop right now and the front left tire is worn almost bald. Put it on the lift to check out the bushings and alignment and it all looks good. Now I know lifting a precedent isn't the best thing to do to being with but any ideas what could be causing such rapid wear to just that one tire?? The wear went from moderately worn to almost bald since July. Any input would be appreciated!
